Fresh pastries and bread displayed in a warm bakery
Gainesville's Favorite Bakery

Every loaf tells a story that begins with flour, water, and patience.

For over a decade, Las Americas Bakery has been handcrafting the breads, pastries, and coffee that turn ordinary mornings into something worth savoring.

Our Story

A tradition baked
with love and time.

Las Americas Bakery started with a simple conviction: that the best bread is made slowly, by hand, with ingredients you can trust. What began as a small kitchen dream has grown into one of Gainesville's most beloved gathering places.

Every morning, our bakers arrive before dawn. The ovens fire up. The dough is folded, shaped, and left to rest — because good things cannot be rushed. By the time you walk through our doors, the aroma of freshly baked pan dulce, crusty sourdough, and rich café con leche is already waiting for you.
